Your tactical skills will face numerous challenges, frequently questioning morality and the basic foundations of what we consider an organized society. Here, optimization and resource management often clash with empathy and thoughtful decision-making.

While managing the city and society consumes most of your time, exploring the outside world becomes necessary to understand its history and present state.
