Streets of Rogue

Streets of Rogue is a rogue-lite that emphasizes player choice, freedom, and anarchic fun. Inspired by fast-paced top-down rogue-lites like The Binding of Isaac and Nuclear Throne, it incorporates free-form, experimentation-driven, emergent gameplay elements reminiscent of RPGs such as Deus Ex. Set in a functioning, procedurally generated city rather than a dungeon, the game features complex AI that governs the lives of various denizens, all of whom are simply trying to navigate their daily activities.

Gameplay

To progress in the game, players must accomplish specific mission goals using their unique character traits, items, and the environment. The gameplay is designed to be flexible, allowing players to choose their approach.
